For three decades, adventure enthusiasts have turned to and relied on the Toyota 4Runner as the go-to, go-anywhere SUV that excels as an everyday drive too!

The 4Runner really is the do-it-all SUV. Whether the destination is a winding dirt trail or simply a spectacular view, the Toyota 4Runner has been getting owners there for 30+ years. The current-generation model is the roomiest and most capable ever, while sacrificing none of its rugged function, to deliver everyday comfort and optimal versatility.  Available 3rd row seats allow for up to seven passenger seating, so the entire family can join the adventure.

“When adventure calls, it calls for 4Runner’s winning combination of rugged good looks, go-anywhere capability, and surprising comfort and convenience features,” said Larry Hutchinson, Vice President of Toyota Canada Inc. “For 2016, Toyota has added even more convenience equipment, technology and premium features as standard on all 4Runner models, underlining our commitment to Canadian drivers who need an authentic body-on-frame SUV.”

Toyota’s TRD Pro Series, which was introduced for 2015 and continues for 2016, took 4Runner’s off-road personality and amplified it! 4Runner comes ready to hit the trail with TRD front springs, TRD Bilstein high-performance shocks with rear remote reservoirs, Nitto Terra Grappler tires and a TRD front skid plate. The TRD Pro Series looks the tough part, too, with 17-inch black TRD alloy wheels, unique front grille, black bumper accents and special badges. In addition to black or white, the TRD Pro Series is available in a new exclusive colour for 2016, Quicksand, replacing Inferno.

In the SR5 and Trail models, the Entune Audio Plus with Connected Navigation (Scout® GPS Link) uses the customer’s smartphone to provide navigation functionality through the head unit. All Entune units are upgraded to 2.5 version status, which includes Siri® Eyes Free mode.
